Assembly Line

A production line, also called an assembly line or factory line, refers to the assembly path organized for a product and physically moves product from one station to another. At each station in the production process, a factory worker or machine adds a part to the finished product, performs a quality control check, or performs some other task necessary to complete the project. It helps manufacturers produce high-reliability, high-quality and low-cost products using less labor.
